Services
I welcome anyone and everyone. Truly.
All ages, relationship statuses and structures, gender identities, trauma histories, sexualities, religions, and races will be welcomed and treated with the utmost kindness, respect, cultural sensitivity, care, and love.
That being said, I totally recognize that sometimes culturally specific care is what will work best for someone’s specific journey. If you or we decide that’s what’s right for you, don’t worry. I’ll help refer you to another doula or organization that’s the best fit.

Birth doula
As your birth doula, we’ll work together to make sure you and your preferred birth companions feel empowered throughout the whole process. Across 2–4 prenatal meetings, we’ll do things like:
- Put together a birth preferences plan
- Learn and practice comfort measures for when the big day arrives
- Hold space for you to discuss how you’re feeling about it all and to ask any questions
- Discuss risks, benefits, and alternatives for birth interventions so you can make informed decisions for your birth
You’ll also get:
- Virtual support via text, email, or phone calls throughout your pregnancy
- 24/7 support starting at 38 weeks of pregnancy
- Labor support at your chosen birthing location
Finally, we’ll meet another 2–4 times postpartum to process your birth together and help ease you into this new chapter before I send you and your new family happily on your way.
I’m offering a reduced rate for birth doula services as a way to thank my early clients. I will adjust the price as I continue to gain knowledge and experience. I can’t wait to support you on your journey!
On the Oregon Health Plan? Your doula care is covered, and I bill OHP. See how OHP and HSA/FSA coverage works.
Postpartum doula
The postpartum period can be challenging for anyone, especially if this is your first time. For more experienced parents, the postpartum period can vary wildly between each child. As your postpartum doula, I’ll help make things just a tiny bit easier and as enjoyable as possible. I’ll do things including (but not limited to!):
- Helping you process your birth
- Helping you around the house or with other children
- Cooking a nutritious meal
- Running simple errands
- Helping with newborn care
If along the way we discover you need other resources, I can help find those too. Let me take care of you so you can take care of your new baby.

Support groups and community events
Sign up for my newsletter or check my calendar (both still in development) to catch me out and about in the community! A lot of these events are free or low cost and a great way to meet and connect with others.
Abortion doula
In the future, I hope to provide abortion doula services. Though my work mainly focuses on a baby’s birth and all the celebrations and challenges that come with it, I also believe it is well within your right as a pregnant person to do what’s best for you — even if that means choosing to end the pregnancy.
Access to abortion is essential healthcare. The ability to choose when to start a family empowers people to break harmful generational cycles and challenges systemic inequities. You deserve to have the specific physical, informational, logistical, and emotional support this path requires too.
